Returns & Exchanges

All returns accepted within 30 days and sometimes longer (holiday season) if product it not used.

We typically do not refund shipping fees as we charge much much less than it actually costs. It will be the customers responsibility to ship items back but we will send out replacements free of charge.

For quickest response login and choose contact us (site will immediately put in your order number if you have an account) and send the email. If you don't know your order number give us your info and we'll find it for you. If wanting an exchange specify the size/style so we can check the stock. Most emails are responded to immediately.
